The ICZ Company implemented the Production Data Collection system and material flow progress recording in the company of METAL Ústí n. L. a.s. This brought improvements in production operative management and better information flow at the level of company top management. The actual status of production process and the level of achieved product quality are now monitored better than ever. Simultaneously, the information systems of three different suppliers were integrated and deployed.
