ICZ establishes new Consultancy Services Division

(Prague, October 2, 2007) – ICZ has expanded its portfolio with a new Consultancy Services Division established in September of this year. The division offers clients a wide range of consulting activities in the area of optimization of business processes, project management and performance boosting. The division was established with the help of Petr Kubát, a highly experienced Consultant from Deloitte.
"By establishing the Consultancy Services Division we fulfill our goal of being not just a supplier of information technology, systems and services, but rather a partner to our clients who sees to the enhanced efficiency of their companies. For that reason we want to expand our portfolio beyond information technology. In terms of the services we offer, I think we're well on our way," says Bohuslav Cempírek, General Director of ICZ. "Last year we expanded our offer with the addition of a Telecommunications Solutions Division and the logical next step was to set up a group able to provide services to our customers in the area of business consultancy,“ he adds.
The new division is expected to extend ICZ's current output with standard business consultancy products such as optimization of management processes, finance administration, performance boosting and effective organizational structure designs. At present the division offers special disciplines designed to meet the requirements of the latest managerial approaches, e.g., Load Forecasting and Weather Forecasting.
